The best way to cook your variety of rice for the best of taste.!

New or Tender Variety

  1. Soak the rice for 20-30 minutes and wash it

  2. For One bowl of rice add 1.5 or 2times of water

  3. Choose any one of the method for cooking

    1. Closed Pan – The Mixture of Water and rice should be boiled in heavy base pan and then cooked for 10minutes, covered on low heat. Turn off the heat and leave for 5 minutes, still covered.

    2. Microwave – Cover the microwave bowl with a cling film, pierce and cook at the temperature specified for your microwave model, if using 650watt microwave oven, cook on high for 6 minutes. To reheat in microwaves put on high for 3-4 minutes

    3. Pressure Cooker – Cook the rice in pressure cooker for 2 whistles

  4. Change the vessel for better serving.

Matured Variety

  1. Soak the rice for 30-40 minutes and wash it

  2. For One bowl of rice add 2 or 3 times of water

  3. Choose any one of the method for cooking

    1. Closed Pan – The Mixture of Water and rice should be boiled in heavy base pan and then cooked for 10minutes, covered on low heat. Turn off the heat and leave for 5 minutes, still covered.

    2. Microwave – Cover the microwave bowl with a cling film, pierce and cook at the temperature specified for your microwave model, if using 650watt microwave oven, cook on high for 6 minutes. To reheat in microwaves put on high for 3-4 minutes

    3. Pressure Cooker – Cook the rice in pressure cooker for 3 whistles

  4. Immediately change the vessel for better serving.

Specially Matured Variety

  1. Soak the rice for 30-40 minutes and wash it

  2. For One bowl of rice add 3to 3.5 times of water

  3. Choose any one of the method for cooking

    1. Closed Pan – The Mixture of Water and rice should be boiled in heavy base pan and then cooked for 12minutes, covered on low heat. Turn off the heat and leave for 5 minutes, still covered.

    2. Microwave – Cover the microwave bowl with a cling film, pierce and cook at the temperature specified for your microwave model, if using 650watt microwave oven, cook on high for 8 minutes. To reheat in microwaves put on high for 3-4 minutes

    3. Pressure Cooker – Cook the rice in pressure cooker for 4 whistles. 

  4. Immediately change the vessel for better serving.

Ss brand kichadi ponni

  1. Soak the rice for 30minutes and wash it

  2. For One bowl of rice add 2 or 3 times of water and a pinch of salt for better taste

  3. Choose any one of the method for cooking

    1. Closed Pan – The Mixture of Water and rice should be boiled in heavy base pan and then cooked for 10minutes, covered on low heat. Turn off the heat and leave for 5 minutes, still covered.

    2. Microwave – Cover the microwave bowl with a cling film, pierce and cook at the temperature specified for your microwave model, if using 650watt microwave oven, cook on high for 6 minutes. To reheat in microwaves put on high for 3-4 minutes
